GBP/JPY Mid-Day Outlook

GBP/JPY jumps to as high as 135.34 so far today. The strong break of 134.19 cluster resistance (23.6% retracement of 163.05 to 125.48 at 134.34) confirms that whole medium term fall from 163.05 has completed. Intraday bias remains on the upside and further rise should be seen towards 137.75 resistance

EUR/GBP Mid-Day Outlook

EUR/GBP's break of 0.8388 indicates that whole decline from 0.8671 has resumed. Intraday bias is back to the downside and further fall should be seen to 0.8284 support and then 100% projection of 0.8671 to 0.8388 from 0.8528 at 0.8245. On the upside, above 0.8448 will turn bias neutral and

EUR/GBP Daily Outlook

No change in EUR/GBP's outlook. We're favoring the case that fall from 0.8940 is not over. And, price actions from 0.8333 might be just sideway consolidations in form of expanding triangle. Hence, we'd stay neutral first and expect another decline eventually. Below 0.8388 should target 0.8284 support first. Break of

EA Performance & it's mechanism / Working of Aeron EA.

How Aeron EA calculates the Lots size?

Assumptions:

Consider the following settings in EA:

Hedging=True
MaxTrades=10
AutoLots=True
FreeMargin_for_AutoLots=0.25
Lots=0.10
TakeProfit=19
Stoploss=1000
TrailSL=True
TrailPips=12
PositionsGap=75

Also consider that, account is with Fxopen broker, leverage 1:100, balance $2500 & it is allowing microlots [i.e. 0.01]

Now on the basis of above assumptions understand the following:

How it will calculate the lots size?
Here:
AutoLots=True
FreeMargin_for_AutoLots=0.25

So it will use the 0.25% of $2500 i.e. $6.25 to start trading.
So Fxopen will open 0.04 lots size for first trading, as it requires approx $1.4 to open the 0.01 lots size.

Now here TP=19 & TrailPips=12, so if price goes in favor then it will use the Trailing feature & will close the position in profit.

But in other case if price goes against, then it will not close that position, and if it found the gap between current price and the price of already opened position is 75pips or 75+ pips, and also if it found the proper signal, then it will open one more position in same direction.

What will be the lots size of second/third/fourth ...... positions?
Now here it is clear that, how it calculates the first lots size for trading.

Now in that case when first position stucks due to unfavourable movement of currency price, & gap between current price and the price of already opened position is 75pips or 75+ pips, it uses the following formula to calculate lots size:
Required Lots Size = Lots X 1.667n

where:
Lots=It is the first lots size, will calculate on the basis of above description
n=Total number of opened positions in that direction. Suppose it is calculating the lots for buy position, then "n" will be total already opened Buy

positions.

here in our case
Lots=0.04
n=1

So,
Required Lots Size = 0.04 X 1.6671 = 0.0666 [~0.07]

So second lots size will be 0.07

Similarly if second position also goes in loss, then third lots size will be
0.04 X 1.6672 = 0.111 [~0.11]

So third lots size will be 0.11

brokers / FAQs : Forex brokers with Aeron EA
« on: December 25, 2009, 08:14:23 am »
Question:
What account should I open for Aeron EA, Micro?? Mini?? standard??

Answer:
You may open any account micro/mini/standard, but for best results with Aeron EA, your broker should providing micro lots for trading, i.e. you should be able to open 0.01, 0.02, 0.11 etc..... lots size on your account.

Question:
Which broker should I choose, with hedging OR without hedging?

Answer:
Aeron EA has the option Hedging=TRUE/FALSE, however you should go with broker who is providing hedging; because sometimes may be due to rapidly movement of currency your buy positions may stuck for a few days, then in that situation if Hedging is available, EA will be able to trade in Sell positions, and continuously you will get profit.

Question:
It means I should choose the broker who is not under NFA, right?

Answer:
Yes, exactly.

Question:
My broker is 5 digit, will it create problem?

Answer:
No, you have no need to pay any attention with 4 digits or 5 digits broker.
Aeron EA automatically recognizes the 4-digits or 5-digits. You will get exactly same performance on 4-digits brokers & 5-digits brokers.

Question:
Should I need to do any settings for 5-digits brokers in Aeron EA?

Answer:
No, it handles automatically in Aeron EA. Just forget that, whether you broker is 4-digit or 5-digit.
