Aeron EA settings / Settings for Intraday Hadging

IBFX has started proving intraday hadging for damo accounts and going to introduce Intraday Hedging on live accounts around 20th December. It is saying that:
"Intraday Hadging means to your account:
You will be able to place both long and short orders in the same currency pair during the course of the day.
Just before swap at approximately 5 pm Eastern Time the trades will be netted out."
Now I want to know that, "can an EA trade profitably doing Intraday Hadging? If yes, then what should be its settings for that tool?"
