Hi
Can you please tell me which leverage should be selected that is risk free as well as profitable too. 1:500, 1:200, 1:100 or 1:10. Actually I have to open a live account. Thanks,
Lewis

I am using 1:100 leverage. As per my opinion 1:100 is sufficient, no one should go beyond this leverage, as higher leverage implies higher risk.

Yes Matt, Higher leverage implies higher risk; but also higher leverage implies higher profit under normal market conditions. Also in case of severe change in currency, we should keep some money with us to fund the account to prevent it from wipe out, while we are using higher leverage.
Thanks

Yes, exactly, you got the best understanding about leverage. :)

Hey Friends,
I am new to Aeron. Recently I purchase it.

My account leverage 400:1 and EA is opening the lots 0.02, So I am curious to know if I change the leverage to 400:1 then will it open 0.08 lots size? I am asking this as broker will allow me 4 times to trade on same amount on 400:1.

great day

If you had a choice which would you choose:  100:1, 200:1 or 400:1  Which would be the best and safest option while still making money with the EA?

lehn,
It seems your account leverage is 100:1 but you typed 400:1

If you are getting 0.02 lots size on 100:1 leverage, then it remain same on any leverage like 400:1 or 500:1

I would choose 400:1
Because EA will open same lots sizes on both levarege 100:1 or 400:1, but margin would be less block on 400:1

In my openion 100:1 is the best and safest option. As I agree with Chan.

I also agree that less leverage is more safe.
But think, if we maintain our balance with keep in mind as our leverage is 100:1, but our actual leverage is 400:1
so it isn't good?????????????

It is very correct that low leverage implies low risk. But if we have little money to invest and we want to make good profit then high leverage can help under favorable market conditions.
