Settings for $1000a/c

I am using ea with the default settings. As i done backtesting with different settings of ea, i got varying profits. I want to know optimum settings for $1000 a/c. I am ready to bear risk upto some extent. Also, is the profit booking is broker dependent? i.e. same settings of bot may give different profit with different broker??
