EA has placed a trade, but it neither set Stoploss nor Takeprofit

The system has placed a trade, but it has NOT entered a stop level, nor has it entered a take profit level?

Sometimes it may happen due to some problem with broker at that moment.
Have you set TrailSL=True? if Yes, then, when your position will be in profit it will start to set trailing SL.
But if it doesn't go in profit, then it will open second BUY posiiton, and then averaged TP of both positons will be set.
